It's a well known fact that Thala is called as the King of Opening by the Tamil Nadu distributors. But now this name has gone to another state of India, Karnataka. Indeed, Leading Kannada producer K Manju has acquired the distribution rights of Karnataka for Ajith Kumar's next movie, Veeram and he is releasing the movie in 50 screens in Karnataka.
In a recent interview he claimed : " Ajith Kumar is next to Rajinikanth in terms of opening in Karnataka. The craze around Ajith Kumar is nothing less to Rajinikanth film in Karnataka."
