Latest, is that the Ernakulam court has banned the tamil remake of drishyam.Ekta Kapoor one of the top producers in Bollywood has approaced court and sent a legal notice to the makers, as Sathish Paul has filed a petition in Ernakulam court. Sathish Paul happens to be Malayalam writer and Producer too. Sathish said that this movie has been shot from OruMazhakalathu, penned by Sathish himself.Sathish is the director of a Malayalam movie, Crime Thriller Finger Print, which starred Jayaram and Indrajith. Sathish has stated that he was planning to make the book into a movie in Tamil with the title, Oru Chennai Crime Story
