Plot:
Story revolves around the Father Mohanlal (Sivan) and his stepson Vijay (Sakthi). Both ruling the Madurai region by their Don activities. Sakthi Doesn't like police as the police killed his biological father. But once sivan got insulted by the commisioner, sivan intends his son to become a police officer. For the happiness sake of sivan , sakthi took charge as ACP. After becoming as a police officer an incident of cylinder godown blast he recognizes that his father's activities are for evil things. So he intends his father to stop all evil things. But Sivan is adamant in his principles. Meanwhile there is one who has a indeed to kill Sivan. Did Sakthi Changed sivan Or Sivan Changed Sakthi is Jilla

Performance :
Vijay done a greater role in this movie. He looks much younger in this movie. He delivered the dialogues exceptionally well. Action sequences are at his best. Mohanlal an another pillar of the movie done a great job. There is not much to say about the legend. D.imman's Music is the Backbone of the Mass scenes. His Bgm Plays a vital role in the movie. Director Neason done first half better but fails in second half. must have done better. All the others done their part well.
